This practical online course helps participants improve their English communication skills for sales, customer service, and client-focused interactions. Over three sessions, participants learn essential vocabulary and strategies to build immediate rapport, identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and guide conversations with confidence. The course begins by developing confident small talk skills necessary for initiating professional relationships and breaking the ice with new clients. The module also covers how to handle customer complaints professionally and how to build long-term customer relationships through effective communication. Role plays, real-life scenarios, and interactive exercises create an engaging learning environment with plenty of opportunities to speak and practice. The course is designed for learners at B1+ level who want to strengthen their English skills specifically for sales-related situations."
